The production line of this equipment includes a cutting machine, a crusher, a magnetic separator and a grinding machine. In normal temperature operations,
a water and air cooling and dust removal system is adopted. Some models adopt a modular design. The core crushing unit can process 1,000 tires per hour, and
the metal recovery rate of the magnetic separation system is ≥ 98%. Through the mechanical squeezing cooperation of the pressure plate and the knife strip
and the elastic components, the fine separation of rubber and iron wire is achieved. With the increase in the number of cars, this technology has become one of
the mainstream solutions for handling used tires and reducing "black pollution".

playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts.
2. Automotive industry: areas, floor mats for trains, brake disc belts, floors of cars and trucks, brake pad sleeves, sealing strips, buffers, shock absorbers, car
body undercoating and stainless steel materials, splash and dirt protection, daily raw materials for shipping, tires and their inner pads.
3. Construction/equipment: adhesives/sealants, hospitals, companies, bathroom floors, insulating materials, carpet padding, livestock bedding, extruded
products, used brake surfaces, mold products, coatings, dams, warehouses, ponds, waste treatment stations, brick top liners and covers, textured floors, awnings,
sheets, waterproof materials, shockproofing, gaskets, roof and wall waterproof materials.
4. Geotechnical/ asphalt applications: drainage pipes, asphalt treated with rubber for road and lane laying, filters, soil regulation/pavement cover, porous
flushing pipes, horse racing tracks, railway crossings, traffic/ sidewalk barriers, railway crack joint sealants, road construction and maintenance, shipping.
